I am a friend of Sherry's and I am praying for you. I have cried and prayed for you all morning.

As I shared with Sherry and Amy both this morning, the Lord gave me a verse during my Bible Study this morning. I believe He gave it to me to share with you and the others I have already shared with (Sherry and Amy).

"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the borkenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delievers him from them all." Psalm 34:17-19

Lilly's Mom and Dad,
I am a friend of Sherry's and I just want to say that I'm devastated for you over the loss of your precious one. I cannot imagine the pain you are in. I pray that God carries you and that He draws you so near that you can almost hear His voice audibly. I'm so, so sorry for all that you are going though.
Love,
Amanda

My prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time. I am a nurse at Medical City Dallas in the ER and briefly spoke to you both when you came in. I just wanted to tell you that the entire ER is praying for you and that our hearts are broken. This is the hardest part of being a nurse and working in this field. On behalf of everyone in the ER at Medical City we want to sent our deepest sympathy...

You are covered in prayer and I pray you feel the arms of Jesus wrapping you in His tender love. May His strength and peace sustain you as you go through this.

You don't know me and it would be very hard to explain how I came upon your blog. Through a chain of people I heard that you had lost your baby. I can not tell you how heavy my heart is for you. In July of 2004 we lost our 4 month old son in a tragic accident. We have been on quite the journey since then. So, when I heard you had lost your daughter I needed to write you a note and let you know that all though you don't know me, I will pray for you. I know it was because of the prayers of people all over the country, people we did not even know, that God gave us the strength to walk through that tradgedy. I encourage you, cling to Jesus! Only He can walk with you through all the agonzing pain of losing your child. I am so very sorry you have to go through this.

Lilly's Parents,
I know that you don't know me, but I came across your blog awhile ago, as I'm a friend of a friend of Sherry's and Amy's. I have no words that can possibly bring you comfort during this heartbreaking time, but please know that since I have read of this devastating news, both of you, your family, and your friends are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you and bring you through this tragic time.

You don't know me, but I read about what happened from Amanda's blog. I am so VERY sorry to hear about Lilly's passing.

There is so much I want to say. I have no words to make you understand why this has happened, but I AM praying for God's comfort for you during this time.

Nothing will make sense for a long time, but know God IS with you and He will never leave you. Cry out, scream, yell .. whatever you need to do and then pray and when you can't pray, know that there are MANY people standing in the gap for you.

Take it minute by minute, then move to hour by hour ..don't try to tackle each day all at once.

I know personally what you have experienced and will be praying for you specifically based on what my family went through.

God greatest peace upon you now .. He loves you.

I am so sorry to hear about Lilly. I am a friend of a friend that is how I found your blog. I have been reading about Baby Lilly, and enjoying her updates. She was so prescious. The last update was on Monday, I hate to ask, but what happened to the sweet baby girl to cause such a sudden death?

Hello
We are complete strangers.
I do believe that God brought me to your website to pray for and encourage you. Are there words big enough or comforting enough in a time like this? I am not a blogger gal (yet), but what drew me to your site is a mystery to me, someone had asked for prayers for a Lilly, I went to look as we also have a "Lilli" or Lilliana HOPE" born in November.

My heart aches and breaks for you.
Tears abound. God has put it in my spirit to pray for ya'll. I will not stop praying for you and your little one. Know that God holds all 3 of you in the palm of His hand, despite the fact you are apart.

I will pray for you in the days and year to come. God WILL sustain you with HIS peace and HOPE for each day.
Blessings always!
Jill

To explain how I stumbled upon your blog would be long and confusing, and though I don't know you, I need to reach out and tell you how much my prayers are with you and your family. My son is just 10 days younger than Lilly, and I can't even begin to imagine the heartache you're going through.

I've sent out a request through my prayer chain here in CT to send thoughts your way. Know that there are many strangers lifting their hearts to the Lord for all of you.

I am so terribly sorry to hear of your loss... my heart breaks for both of you this morning. I believe the Lord led me here as I too can't even explain how I ended up at your site. I pray that you will both feel the Lord's strong presence surrounding you in the minutes, hours, and days ahead.

The Lord will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4

I heard of your terrible loss through your sweet friend Sherry. You do not know me but
I am continuing to pray for you and your family. I pray that God will give you comfort and strength during this difficult time.

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

My prayer for you and your family is that you will somehow find comfort and let God carry you through this time.

She was a beautiful baby and I can tell by reading your blog that she touched many lives.

God Bless You !

There are babies too loved by our Heavenly Father to endure the pain and suffering of life on Earth. Lilly is being held in the strong, ever-loving arms of our Savior, protected and warm. We pray that God will give you comfort and peace that surpasses understanding.

Hi! I found your blog through many different clicks! I just found this on The White's blog and thought it was worth sharing. You may have already heard or seen they lyrics but if not, I wanted you guys to. It is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman called With Hope...

This is not at all how
We thought it was supposed to be
We had so many plans for you
We had so many dreams
And now you've gone away
And left us with the memories of your smile
And nothing we can say
And nothing we can do
Can take away the pain
The pain of losing you, but ...

We can cry with hope
We can say goodbye with hope
'Cause we know our goodbye is not the end, oh no
And we can grieve with hope
'Cause we believe with hope
(There's a place by God's grace)
There's a place where we'll see your face again
We'll see your face again

And never have I known
Anything so hard to understand
And never have I questioned more
The wisdom of God's plan
But through the cloud of tears
I see the Father's smile and say well done
And I imagine you
Where you wanted most to be
Seeing all your dreams come true
'Cause now you're home
And now you're free, and ...

We have this hope as an anchor
'Cause we believe that everything
God promised us is true, so ...

We wait with hope
And we ache with hope
We hold on with hope
We let go with hope
